Garantijas Noteikumi

UCWAREHOUSE garantijas noteikumi:

  1. Izstrādājuma atbilstība garantijas noteikumiem (mehāniskie bojājumi, mitruma iekļūšanas pēdas un tml.) tiek konstatēta diagnostikas procesā nevis tā pieņemšanas laikā.
  2. Ja diagnostikas gaitā tiek konstatēts, ka defekts ir radies neatbilstošas lietošanas rezultātā (mehāniski bojājumi, mitruma iekļūšanas pēdas un tml.), garantijas apkalpošana tiek atteikta.
  3. Ja pieteiktajam defektam ir periodisks raksturs, par remonta sākuma datumu tiek uzskatīts brīdis, kad minētais defekts tiek konstatēts servisa centrā.
  4. Ja klienta pieteiktais defekts netika konstatēts, vai gadījumā, ja pēc iekārtas diagnostikas veikšanas klients atsakās no maksas remonta, klients sedz diagnostikas izmaksas.
  5. UCWAREHOUSE neatbild par datiem, kas atrodas uz klienta datu nesējiem (cietie diski, atmiņas kartes, SIM kartes, GSM iekārtu atmiņa). Klients pats atbild par datu rezerves kopijām.
  6. UCWAREHOUSE neatbild par bojājumiem, kuri radušies lietotājam nepareizi izlasot/ izprotot ražotāja instrukcijā sniegtos norādījumus.
  7. UCWAREHOUSE neatbild par programmatūras savietojamību ar datortehniku/ tās komponentēm.

Jāatzīmē, ka reģistrācijas brīdī diagnostika netiek veikta un remonta iespējamās izmaksas prognozēt nav iespējams.
